If you are interested in a product that is not currently available, please feel free to contact me. I will inform you as soon as it is available again.

It is also possible to place an order in advance in the desired quantity upon agreement of the production and delivery time.

Of course, it is possible to order a larger quantity of a certain product than what is currently available in stock. In such case, please contact me first to arrange the order and discuss the estimated delivery time and the shipping cost.

It may easily happen that you are interested in a product but would prefer to make a small change to it. E.g. choose a different texture, plain holes instead of countersunk, different sizes, etc.

As usual, please contact me first. We will discuss all the options and further details. 

Custom production is also a possibility. In fact, many of the most popular products in my offer were created thanks to the cooperation with my customers.

Once the package has been shipped the delivery time depends on the country of destination.

It takes usually 4-7 days within the EU.

Customers from the US can expect an average of 6-9 days to receive a package. However, exceptions may occur resulting in slight delays.

Every package comes with a tracking number which I will send you on the day of shipment. Therefore, you can easily keep track of your delivery.

The shipping cost depends mainly on the package weight. It is automatically calculated according to the number of ordered pieces at the checkout.

The prices are fixed and divided into categories according to their weight (by kilograms). For example, if a parcel weighs 0.6kg or 0.9kg the postage price is the same because it is within the same price category. The shipping cost will only increase after exceeding 1kg. The next thresholds are 2kg, 3kg, and so on.
