Shipping policy – Gaaluub

Shipping policy

Gaaluub is based in Slovakia. I ship from and make all my products in Slovakia. If your order is urgent I recommend getting in touch prior to purchasing to see if I can help with earlier dispatch. 

All items are shipped in my branded box. If ordering a gift, please leave a note to ask for plain packaging in the Special Instructions section or contact me as soon as possible on gaaluub@gmail.com after placing the order.

Processing time

Processing time is the duration it takes for me to prepare and dispatch your order from my shop in Slovakia to the shipping provider. It includes tasks such as order verification, product assembly, and packaging.
If your order is time-sensitive, I recommend contacting me before completing your purchase to discuss the possibility of expediting the processing time.
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Items in stock are dispatched within 3-5 days.

Estimated shipping times

Shipping time is the estimated duration it takes for your package to be transported to your specified delivery address. This timeframe begins once the shipping provider takes possession of your order. It includes the transit and delivery processes until your package reaches your doorstep.
Europe: 4-9 days

North America: 1-2 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

Tracking of items

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a tracking number for real-time monitoring of your package. I ensure that all orders are dispatched with a tracking number, allowing you to conveniently track the status and location of your shipment throughout the delivery process

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. By purchasing from our site you accept responsibility for covering any taxes and duties you may be charged.

Missing Items

If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation.

However, please be aware that I don't consider a parcel 'lost' in the post until it has been a full 70 days from the date of shipping, and I will not refund or replace an item sooner than this

DELIVERY FAILURE, FAULTY ADDRESSES & P.O. BOXES

You, the customer, are responsible for covering any re-shipping charges if the order is returned to me due to faulty addresses, failure of client to collect their order when a delivery is missed, inability of the courier to deliver to P.O. boxes or Military bases. Shipping is non-refundable, only the value of the items and not the delivery will be returned. Please note that incorrect addresses or those written using special characters or Military Base addresses may cause a delay to the dispatch, cancellation of your order or returning of the item to me.

RE-POSTING RETURNED ORDERS 

Gaaluub is not responsible for the cost of re-shipping an order which has been returned to me by no fault of my own or by a failure of the customer to pick up the parcel or give the correct initial address. I am happy to reship the items, however the cost of postage is the buyer's responsibility to cover again.

Wrong address supplied

You as a buyer are responsible for providing me with your correct address. Should you provide me with the wrong address, through no fault of our own and contact me after the item has been shipped to change the address, you will not be entitled to a refund or re-shipping unless the item is returned to me. If you have provided me with the correct address but I shipped it to the wrong one, I will ship a replacement out. It's only fair.

Cancellations

Cancellations of orders can only be made before shipping for in stock items. Cancellations of made to order items can only be made before the item is being made. Get in touch as soon as possible for cancelling made to order items, usually no more than 48h after the order is placed.
